We offer FREE Delivery in Singapore for retail merchandise orders of $120.00 or more.

There is a delivery charge of $5.00 for purchases less than $120.00. Please give a few working days for orders to be processed and delivered.

Shipping Addresses

Please double check your shipping address when ordering. If you enter the wrong address, it is your responsibility to make sure we have corrected it in our database by calling or emailing us as soon as possible. Shipments delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake are not our responsibility. Should your package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If you are unavailable at the time the shipping carrier attempts delivery, you are responsible for rescheduling the delivery. If you do not claim your package or you refuse a shipment and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges associated with the reshipping of your package. If a refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable package is no longer wanted, a 20% restocking fee may apply and an online store credit in the amount of the balance less shipping charges and fees will be issued to the customer.

Multiple Addresses

Please place a separate order for items going to multiple addresses. Shipping charges are calculated for each order separately.

International Orders

International orders cannot be shipped to P.O.Box. APO and FPO (military) addresses are also not acceptable because a signature at delivery is required. For more information please click here

Duties and Taxation

i luv Organic are not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. Neither do we have control over charges or predict what the charges may be. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Orders Held Up at Your Country's Border and Disposal Issues

While we try our best to deliver your order as described in the order confirmation e-mail sent to you. Custom policies vary from country to country. We are unable to guarantee that the parcel will reach you in the exact time frame stated. Contact your local custom office for further details. Generally packages may be delayed at your local customs if duties and taxes have not been paid.

Any country/nation, at any time, can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with custom officials. These held up orders are not the responsibility of i luv Organic and can only be resolved by you and your local postal authorities.

Please note: In the event that your country’s inspection agency quarantines, disposes or other discards material which is not allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer and i luv Organic will not issue a replacement nor refund for such occurrences. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what is allowed into their respective country and what is not.
