Online ordering is safe and secure and available 24/7 using our secure shopping cart. All credit card information is collected using a SSL secure server. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. All information you submit is protected by encryption software.


i luv Organic accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and Credit Cards via Paypal. we are sorry, but we cannot accept CODs for online orders. No orders can be shipped until the payment has been processed. i luv Organic DO NOT accept personal or business checks under any circumstances. Please note: If your credit card charges are declined, we will make every effort to contact you by phone or email. If charges are not accepted within three (3) days, your order will be cancelled.


We have no minimum retail ordering requirement.

Processing / Availability

For Singapore orders, please allow 2 – 3 business days for delivery. International orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days. However we ask that you please allow up to 5 - 10 days for shipment. This does not include weekends and major holidays. We strive for the quickest turnaround time possible after we have received your payment, however, during very busy times, processing may take an extra day or two. Any major delays will be posted on our site. We reserve the right to adjust shipping times without prior notice. If you need your items sooner, we can offer expedited processing and shipping for some items at an additional charge. This service is subject to our workload and product availability. There may be instances when certain items are not available due to their seasonal nature or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not place items on backorder or accept preorders of out of stock items. If an item is out of stock we will indicate this on our website and the item will not be available for order. If you wish, we can notify you by email when the item is available again.

Cancellations or Changes

We are unable to accept add-ons or adjustment once your order is placed because we process our order within moments of receiving it. Please go to shop online and place a fresh new order.
