Shipping: We ship via DPEX for all our local orders and FedEx for the International orders. The shopping cart provides the closest possible estimate on shipping + handling and may require slight adjustments to the shipping total. Shipping charges are based on size and weight of package(s). Orders containing glass may require additional packaging and wrapping to prevent breakage and therefore, may incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping is FREE in Singapore for purchases of S$150 or more. Packages delivered in Singapore by DPEX are always on the next working day with a S$9.50 delivery charge if purchase is less then S$150.00. Please keep this in mind when placing gift orders to allow for processing and delivery time. We don't want you to be disappointed.

Shipping Addresses: PLEASE double check your shipping address when ordering. If you enter the wrong address, it is your responsibility to make sure we have corrected it in our database by calling or emailing us as soon as possible. Shipments delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake are not our responsibility. Should your package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages: If you are unavailable at the time the shipping carrier attempts delivery, you are responsible for rescheduling the delivery. If you do not claim your package or you refuse a shipment and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges associated with the reshipping of your package. If a refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable package is no longer wanted, a 20% restocking fee may apply and an online store credit in the amount of the balance less shipping charges and fees will be issued to the customer.

Multiple Addresses: Please place a separate order for items going to multiple addresses. Shipping charges are calculated for each order separately.

Duties and Taxation: i luv Organic are not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. Neither do we have control over charges or predict what the charges may be. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Orders Held Up at Your Country’s Border and Disposal Issues: While we try our best to deliver your order as described in the order confirmation e-mail sent to you. Custom policies vary from country to country. We are unable to guarantee that the parcel will reach you in the exact time frame stated. Contact your local custom office for further details. Generally packages may be delayed at your local customs if duties and taxes have not been paid.

Any country/nation, at any time, can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with custom officials. These held up orders are not the responsibility of i luv Organic and can only be resolved by you and your local postal authorities.

Please note: In the event that your country’s inspection agency quarantines, disposes or other discards material which is not allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer and i luv Organic will not issue a replacement nor refund for such occurrences. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what is allowed into their respective country and what is not.
